News from Michelle and Adam
News from Adam and Michelle.
So finally we’re together. We’ve had a great week already, traveling from Edmonton to Oliver (sth Okanagan), spending time at the family home; things have been better than good. It actually wasn’t weird at all seeing each other after almost 2 years. We’ve had a lot of fun hanging out and being best friends, we have decided that that’s where we should leave it – friends. This may be no surprise to those of you who were surprised we got together in the first place (which was most of you)… but don’t worry, it’s all good, only a few tears (no, not from Adam!), but way more smiles and laughs!! We have no regrets.
Those of you who weren’t surprised that we got together, will know that we are lying through our teeth and are sickeningly in love and perfect for each other. And even that is the biggest understatement!
On Monday 27 August, Adam took Michelle to the Burrowing Owl Winery Estate for dinner and later at the Observation Tower got on two knees and asked her to marry him, she promptly replied with a ‘YES!’ He picked out a gorgeous ring that perfectly suits her. We are happier than ever, this is something we’ve wanted for a very long time and have been working hard at for the past 3-4mths! So now the story begins, and we’ll live happily ever after!
